This is Takenaka: A family business stemming back over 17 generations, with over 400 years of construction experience and more than 50 years of construction activity in Europe. An achievement of which we are justifiably proud!
With our Japanese roots as builders, we are unique in the European market. As an internationally operating architects and general contractor, we represent economic-ecological building construction with quality planning and engineering services. Design & Build: Architectural, Engineering and Construction Services
We have traditionally offered Design&Build as a package as general contractors, although these services can also be commissioned separately. Our integrated design process connects architecture, building technology, plant technology, and construction. We are responsible for more than 1,500 completed projects in the areas of production, research & development, office, logistics, as well as other building types such as expo buildings, museums, embassies, restaurants, and various projects in the retail sector. Our track record clearly speaks for itself.

ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT
Sustainability as a benchmark: We design site-specific buildings, focusing on the high quality of life, energy efficiency with renewable resources, and forward-looking technologies. Our goal when a building is to be innovative and not just to meet but to exceed standards. To develop the most appropriate solution for your construction project from optimized components, around 200 specialists in our research institute in Japan research the fields of energy efficiency, materials technology, and construction technology. As part of our services, we advise you on KfW grants and meet sustainability standards by LEED, BREEAM, and DGNB.
